Autoconhecimento
Trazemos em nosso interior uma força vital que nos impulsiona a uma busca pela realização plena. Entretanto, as dificuldades encontradas no cotidiano, ao lidar com as pessoas e principalmente com nós mesmos, com nossos medos e anseios, muitas vezes nos levam ao esgotamento ou desânimo.
Isso acontece devido à imposição da sociedade quanto a certos comportamentos e expectativas. Os sistemas de valores adotados e opiniões formadas por nós durante o percurso da vida acabam por limitar a nossa realidade.
Auto= refere-se a si mesmo. Conhecimento= Idéia, noção: informação.
O autoconhecimento, portanto, é a idéia, a informação que se tem de si mesmo, é o resgate da nossa força interior, da Centelha Divina que habita nosso ser. É compreender a si mesmo, encarando as vulnerabilidades e potencialidades existentes em cada ser. É um ciclo de transformação. Quanto mais conhecemos a nós mesmo, mais nos transformamos.
Os axiomas do quaternário hermético são essenciais ao estudo do autoconhecimento. São eles: saber, querer, ousar e calar.
Saber
O saber trata do acúmulo de informação e da compreensão que se atinge através dela.
É importante usar do discernimento para que a informação seja analisada e assimilada por um ponto de vista rico e equilibrado. Durante esse processo, cada idéia, cada conceito sofre mutação constante, de acordo com o que julga a nossa verdade interior, é através da reflexão sobre essas informações que transformamos a idéia em saber.
Todas as formas de saber são bem vindas e podem auxiliar em seu trabalho. É necessário saber o suficiente para confiar em suas próprias descobertas de coisas ocultas vindas das profundezas do seu ser, quando elas são despertadas.
Todo o material que você examinar só tem real valor quando suas reflexões a respeito da informação se esgotarem e forem compreendidas de maneira clara e precisa. Isso te levará a uma compreensão absoluta.
“Saber” é a base do triângulo; é também o elemento Terra e está associado ao plano físico, ao corpo.
Nota: é importante que não se confunda saber com sabedoria. O saber é o primeiro passo no estudo do autoconhecimento. É a idéia em sua plenitude, analisada e compreendida em todos os seus aspectos.
O saber só se torna sabedoria quando a idéia possuir uma base sólida, um objetivo criativo e bem estruturado e uma utilização prática, ou seja, para que nos tornemos sábios precisamos interagir com o universo de forma racional, emocional, física e extrafísica em harmonia com os quatro elementos, acumular experiências e aplicá-las na vivência cotidiana.
Querer
Querer é poder, mas o que eu quero?
Quando a informação é assimilada em sua totalidade, faz-se necessário decidir o que queremos e o que podemos conseguir através dela. É preciso determinar um objetivo, uma meta.
De uma maneira particular, o desejo é capaz, circunstancialmente, de dirigir o curso dos acontecimentos. Em todos os casos, a energia provocada é para defesa e solução, não para o ataque.
Para querer é necessário obter uma centralização da mente e isso exige grande concentração e disciplina.
É preciso que se saiba com clareza e exatidão o que se quer e que haja uma profunda vontade alimentada de amor, em atingir o objetivo escolhido.
“Querer” é o lado direito do triângulo; é também o elemento Ar e refere-se ao poder de intenção, ao plano mental.
Ousar
É preciso coragem para se libertar. Também é preciso um grau de ousadia.
Ousadia para por em prática os conhecimentos obtidos desde o início de sua jornada, para vivenciar e mergulhar nas profundezas do seu ser, sem medo do desconhecido.
Ousadia para renovar-se constantemente, para trazer da fonte a criatividade, a segurança e a força de iniciativa, utilizando suas habilidades e seu saber para percorrer o caminho. Caminho esse que deverá ser explorado sem que se perca o foco, e assim, conscientemente, desvelar o mistério de sua própria natureza.
“Ousar” é o lado esquerdo do triângulo; é também o elemento Fogo e está relacionado ao poder de ação, ao plano espiritual.
Calar
O silêncio é uma arte.
A palavra é a transformação do pensamento em verbo, possui um poder subestimado e mal utilizado.
Pode-se destruir ou salvar uma pessoa somente através do poder do verbo. As conhecidas “pragas” e “bênçãos” partem desse princípio.
Às vezes ouvir tem um maior efeito do que falar, então aprenda a calar-se quando necessário. Nunca se vanglorie, nunca ameace.
Se o que tens a dizer não é nada que acrescente à evolução do indivíduo, não diga, apenas se cale. Da mesma maneira, muitas vezes poderíamos mudar a vida de uma pessoa com determinada informação e, no entanto quando essa informação lhe é passada não produz efeito algum, isso ocorre por questões de sintonia. Cada pessoa tem seu tempo e só captará informações que estiverem num mesmo padrão vibratório que ela. Não insista, isso é desgaste energético desnecessário e precisa ser evitado.
Existem leis universais que precisam ser respeitadas, tais como o Livre Arbítrio e a Lei de Causa e Efeito. Portanto, ter a consciência e aprender a utilizar a arte do silêncio é extremamente necessário desenvolvimento próprio e coletivo.
“Calar” é o círculo que rodeia os outros três princípios; é também o elemento água e está ligado ao plano das emoções.
“O autoconhecimento é uma das principais pontes entre o mundo visível e o invisível. É necessário transitar pelos dois mundos e confiar na própria capacidade de ensinar a si mesmo a lição de ambos”.
