Um dos problemas é que quando queremos fazer muitas coisas ao mesmo tempo a qualidade certamente diminui, comprometendo os resultados. O desgaste é grande e acaba por nos deixar desmotivados.
Mas não se lamente, nada é impossível!

Repense seus valores, se dê a chance de crescer e ser mais feliz. Tudo o que merece ser feito merece ser bem feito. Torne suas obrigações atraentes, tenha garra e determinação.
A palavra Entusiasmo vem do grego e significa ter um Deus dentro de si. Para eles, a pessoa entusiasmada era aquela possuída por um dos deuses e por causa disso poderia transformar a natureza e fazer as coisas acontecerem. Pense nisso!
Muita gente confunde otimismo com entusiasmo. Otimismo é acreditar que uma coisa vai dar certo. Veja o lado positivo das coisas e tornará seu otimismo uma realidade.
Ensaie seu sucesso, o segredo reside no condicionamento mental. Transforme seus movimentos em oportunidades, a ação também é parte indispensável.
Valorize-se! Algumas pessoas têm a mania de acreditar que não podem conseguir nada na vida, que é mesmo impossível. Vêem-se fracassadas, logo, tornam-se fracassadas.
Se você é daqueles que acha impossível entusiasmar-se com as condições atuais, acredite, jamais sairá dessa situação. É preciso ter confiança em si mesmo, acreditar na sua capacidade de vencer, de construir o sucesso, de transformar a realidade.
Quando os otimistas falham, costumam atribuir o fracasso a algo que podem mudar. Não encaram o problema como uma deficiência pessoal.
Nenhuma barreira é intransponível se você estiver disposto a lutar. Não deixe que seus problemas se acumulem, resolva-os logo, principalmente os emocionais.
Fale, converse, explique, discuta, brigue. O que mata é o silencio, o rancor. Exteriorize tudo, deixe que as pessoas saibam que você as estima, as ama, que precisa delas.
Coragem! É necessária muita coragem para agir, para criar a nossa realidade, mudar o nosso mundo, moldar a nossa vida…
